DeRoche Consulting Group is a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategy projects for senior management. We have served firms as small as $5 million in annual revenue and as large as $6 billion.

Tim DeRoche, the Founder and President of DeRoche Consulting Group, is an experienced strategy consultant with a 15-year track record of leading projects that produce measurable financial and operational results.

Prior to founding DCG, Mr. DeRoche held several positions with Knowledge Universe, the private investment firm backed by Michael Milken and Larry Ellison. His positions at Knowledge Universe and its portfolio companies included: (1) investment analyst (2) Director of Strategic Planning for Children's Discovery Centers, the 4th-largest child care company in the US, and (3) Executive Producer of Grandpa's Garage, a children's science television show and curriculum.

Prior to Knowledge Universe, Mr. DeRoche was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served Fortune 500 companies in the health care and energy industries.

Mr. DeRoche graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Pomona College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, which requires rigorous training in valuation, financial statement analysis, corporate governance, and economics. He sits on the Board of Directors of the EG West Institute for Effective School Systems and has been a regular volunteer at Aspire Public Schools in Huntington Park.
